Estou toda dorida :( / I´m in pain :(

 Moro numa zona de Lisboa junto ao rio, ontem apeteceu-me sair, dar uma volta e assim fiz!

Mas porque é que eu penso nestas coisas LOL ?! Hoje não me consigo mexer...É o que dá não ter uma vida activa, sem fazer exercício físico e sem ter uma alimentação correcta :(

Tenho de mudar isto!

I live in a area of Lisbon by the river,yesterday i wanted to go for a walk and so I did it!

But why do I think in this things LOL?! Today I can´t move.... This is what happens when you don't have an active life, without exercise and without healthy meals :(
I have to change this!
